What’s in your wallet right now?Money, credit cards, business cards, receipts. 2. What do you wish your parents taught you about money?To save more. 3. What is your worst habit around finances?Not saving. 4. What makes you happy?Socializing with friends and buying drinks and dinners. 5. Personal philosophy around money?Personally, I think my problem is not paying enough attention to it. I am very emotional and focus on that, not practical issues. 6. Where does money come from?Trees. 7. What would you do with a million dollars?Buy a house, a theater, and donate some to charity. 8. What is your most prized possession?My engagement ring. 9. Who is your role model?My mother. 10. What is your greatest achievement?Starting my own company. 11. How did you decide to become a dancer?I have always loved it from when I was a little girl. 12. What contributions to society do you want to make?I want to encourage people to be more self-accepting. 13. If you could buy one thing right now what would it be?A house. 14. Favorite activity that doesn't cost a dime?Moving my body. 15. How do you indulge yourself?Drinks with friends and eating good food. Francesca Harper blends original choreography, dance, music and film to create stage works that are bold, edgy and category-defying. She was raised in New York City, where she studied at the School of American Ballet, the Joffrey Ballet School, and The Ailey School. She's performed with the Dance Theater of Harlem and as a principal in William Forsythe’s Ballet Frankfurt. Since returning to the States in 2000, Harper has performed in several Broadway productions, including "Fosse," "The Producers," and the recent musical, "The Color Purple." She is currently touring in the Broadway production "Sweet Charity," as the principal lead, Helene.
